This may be the oldest basket in the website inventory. It was made by Molly/Mary Timothy’s great grandmother who lived in Theodosia Arm. Molly is believed to have been born c. 1886. Assuming 20 years per generation, her great grandmother would have been born c. 1820’s. These baskets were so tightly woven that they were capable of holding water.
