Slat coiled baby basket with beaded chevron designs (cream coloured) around the head end of basket.  Below the chevron motif field are clusters of 3 forward slashes in alternating colours, red and black.   The basket rim has imbricated blocks of colour, yellow, red and black.

Material: 

Cedar wood slats, split cedar or spruce root, bitter cherry bark in its natural red colour and dyed black.  Yellow design elements are of an unknown plant material, perhaps bear grass or canary grass.
